McDaniel College Graduate Commissioned as Second Lieutenant
Six McDaniel College graduates were commissioned May 18 as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army and graduated from the college with Bachelor of Arts degrees on May 19.

McDaniel College awarded more than 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees during the College's 148th commencement ceremony on May 19. Select graduating seniors also received academic, activity and leadership awards at the Senior Investiture and Honors Convocation on May 18, including The Mary Ward Lewis Prize for the outstanding female member of the graduating class to Kristen A.
