McDaniel College students perform in the College Choir's "Music to Heal a Broken World" concert on Sunday, Nov. 21, 7 p.m., in Baker Memorial Chapel. The performance is free and open to the public. The choir is under the direction of Kyle Engler, with Peggy Brengle serving as accompanist.

McDaniel College students perform in the College Band concert on Friday, Dec. 3, 7 p.m. The performance, which is free and open to the public, takes place in WMC Alumni Hall at McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, Md. Dr. Linda Kirkpatrick directs the band, which features nearly fifty students, faculty members, band alumni, and community musicians. The band has a vast repertoire and performs everything from classical to pops.

McDaniel College students perform in the Student African Drum Ensemble on Thursday, Nov. 18, 7 p.m. The performance, which is free and open to the public, takes place in the Naganna Forum, Roj Student Center at McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, Md. The Ensembles are under the direction of McDaniel music department faculty member Pape Demba "Paco" Samb, a "Senegalese Griot," or West African historian, storyteller, singer, poet, dancer, and musician.

McDaniel College Senior Nicholle D'Anna of Essex was Stage Manager for "Hand to God" Performance

Nicholle D'Anna of Essex, a senior with a dual major in English and Theatre Arts, was the stage manager for the college's production of "Hand to God." Performances were September 30-October 2 in WMC Alumni Hall at McDaniel College. Written by Robert Askins, "Hand to God" is an irreverent, occasionally shocking, and perpetually hysterical romp that explores ideas of faith, morality, and human nature. Tad Janes, artistic director of the Maryland Ensemble Theatre in Frederick, Md., was the guest director for the production. Assistant professor Shana Joslyn was the scene, light, and sound designer and adjunct lecturer Melissa Gilbert was the costume and puppet designer.

McDaniel College Students Performed in "Hand to God"

Students performed in the college's production of the play "Hand to God" by Robert Askins. Performances were September 30-October 2 in WMC Alumni Hall at McDaniel College. "Hand to God" is an irreverent, occasionally shocking, and perpetually hysterical romp that explores ideas of faith, morality, and human nature.
