McDaniel College's Department of Art presents "Impressions of Individualism," the college's annual honors art exhibition, Monday, March 21-Friday, April 1, in Rice Gallery, Peterson Hall. An artists' reception will be held Thursday, March 24, 5:30-7:30 p.m., with artist talks beginning at 6 p.m. McDaniel students exhibiting their work are Kaylen Buschhorn, Laurel Conover, Ezerae Ham, Laura Midkiff, Liz Mince, and Leah Wilder.

Students performed in the college's production of the play "Hand to God" by Robert Askins. Performances were September 30-October 2 in WMC Alumni Hall at McDaniel College. "Hand to God" is an irreverent, occasionally shocking, and perpetually hysterical romp that explores ideas of faith, morality, and human nature. Tad Janes, artistic director of the Maryland Ensemble Theatre in Frederick, Md., was the guest director for the production. Assistant professor Shana Joslyn was the scene, light and sound designer and adjunct lecturer Melissa Gilbert was the costume and puppet designer. Stage Manager was senior Nicholle D'Anna, an English-theatre arts dual major from Essex, Md.
