Lauren Lewis of Annapolis Performs in Gospel Choir Concert at McDaniel College

Lauren Lewis, a junior from Annapolis, Md., performs in the Gospel Choir Concert at McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, Md. The performance, which is free and open to the public, takes place Saturday, May 10, 7:30 p.m., in WMC Alumni Hall.

McDaniel College's Gospel Choir, under the direction of Shelley Ensor, music lecturer, performs a program of spirituals, as well as traditional and contemporary gospel music.

The program includes Hezekiah Walker's "This is the Gospel of Jesus Christ," Gamble and Huff and McFadden and Whitehead's "I'll Always Love My Mama," Keith Pringle's "Call Him Up," Pete Seeger's "We Shall Overcome," among others.
