Kathryn Noppenberger of Sykesville Earns Master's Degree from McDaniel College

Kathryn Noppenberger of Sykesville graduated with a master's degree in Human Services Management on May 23, 2015, during the 145th Commencement at McDaniel College. More than 325 master's degrees were awarded during the ceremony.
