Carine C. Pena of Germantown Earns Master's Degree from McDaniel College

Carine C. Pena of Germantown graduated with a master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages on May 25, 2013, during the 143rd Commencement at McDaniel College. More than 480 master's degrees were awarded during the ceremony.
